OMG - line for Toy Story at rope drop - 90 minutes!!!!

We only ever go at busy times and see waits higher than that so I'm not sure that's unusual even for a slower week? The trick is to effectively plan your touring plan and FPP (assuming rides do not go down, sounds like your DD has had a particularly unlucky day today which is obviously not fun for her). I never stand in lines like that even though we go at busy times. It's entirely avoidable if the rides are not closed.
