OMG, just realized I am leaving in 4 days...uggh not even ready..

We fly out on Friday. I am working all the way to Friday. Today and yesterday were get myself together days. I have DD packed, myself packed with 7 shorts outfits, 1 pj's, undies and 1 pair socks.

I still dont have a camera bag that I like that will hold the camcorder and digital camera. I am charging the batteries right now though, for both.

What do I do now? I dont have my ADR's in one place. They are on little pieces of paper. How do you organize yourself? It just seems like it is coming on too fast. I still havent planned everything..

I picked up the rain ponchos from the dollar store yesterday. Have plenty of sunblock and toiletries.

Notice this distress call for HELP!!!!

If you could make room in your suitcase, I'd to go!!! Maybe pack some fruitbars, or other little snack stuff . I hope you and your family has a fun safe trip!

take a breath and take it one item at a time. as you do the laundry, set aside anything you need (i make a habit of doing every load in the house before we leave just in case there is something among one of them that i've forgotten), visualize yourself (and each person traveling) from head to toe:that way you can remember any personal items, toiletries, meds..., as for travel docs and such- i took a small 3 ring binder and printed a copy of any travel info. that i did'nt need the original on (email verif of airline info, car rental, hotel confirmations...) 3 hole punched them and put them inside. i also grabbed a packet of 3 hole folder (clear plastic so you can slide stuff into these), put items in that i need original copies of.

as far as camera bag goes-just start a list, on thursday run and get everything you've thought of (and you will come up with a few more between now and then). i run to walmart because they have everything in one place. they have a good selection of camera bags so you know you will be able to find something there.

don't worry about the "what if i need" stuff-you can drive yourself crazy planning for every weather eventuality, but in a pinch you can always find what you need at the parks.
