OMG!!!! I have the SLOWEST CSR on the line...

I have no idea where this person came from or how they actually work there but I have the slowest (and I mean intellectually) person on the line right now.

Im trying to get some biling information for a client and really she just DOESNT get it!!!!! I dont know how else to ask for "lien" information. Is there another way, if there is please tell me so I can tell her....

She keeps putting me on hold to "pull up her resources"

I was just coming back to post that after the 7th HOLD and an upteenth apology for the long wait.

I was thinking that and I may cal lback tomorrow, she really just sounds not well. I don't think she was a clue what she's doing. That or she's left me on hold on purpose. I will probably have my coworker call tomorrow since she's good at this. I have only started calling for this information but this seems ridiculuos. The records are there, its not rocket science, I need an amoutn of $$ and that's it.

She just came back to tell me that she's almost done pulling up all this information and that shes been able to sort, blah blah blah, honestly it doesnt make sense and I dont think I'm going to get what I'm looking for. sigh....

The supervisor has never heard of a lien?

Needless to say I got nowhere and will speak with my coworker tomorrow to see if she has any ideas....
