Oh, and a free additional driver too - which we needed!

Is the additional driver always free with Alamo? Do you get to pick your own car out on the lot?

I just booked a mid sized SUV (Chevrolet Equinox or similar) for 7 days (Dec. 7 - 14th) for $116 total price, including all fees and surcharges. I used the walmart code: Rate/Product Code BYW3 and Contract I.D. 430710, as well as the $15 off internet coupon d42c in the coupon code box.

I don't know what the deal is, but the prices keep going down. I just rechecked the site, using the same codes and the price is down to $111, so I rebooked at the lower price.

I just ordered a 2006 Entertainment book, and though it hasn't come yet, I was able to print Alamo coupons from www.entertainment.com that don't expire until the end of 2006. I reserved a mid-sized SUV for 8 days in March for a total of $162.80 - after $15 off coupon and Entertainment contract I.D.

Congrats on the great rates. When I plug in our information I am still getting almost $400. I guess it is because we are picking it up in Tampa on 11/25 and not returning it until 12/4. If anybody has that same information and has a great deal PLEASE let me know.

and I got a price of $1165.50 for every car including the compact all the way to premiums!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What is this about? Some deal!! I put in other codes for our same time frame from the Entertainment coupon book and came up with reasonable rates like in the $200's for intermediate and full. Just to let you know, I plugged in your dates April 1-10 from MCO at Thrifty using the WMRT promotion code and a convertible is $214.19 for those dates. Thrifty's offsite but $30 is $30.

Thanks, I did not know of this. I will check it out but will never rent off site again. Sadly we waisted well over an hour one time with kids and just love walking across the street, get in your car and go. Probably why I spend $5oo normally since I only check on site so these are real deals to me.

It must have been a glitch in the system, now I'm getting $468.99 for a minivan. I'm getting $299 for a mid-size SUV, $165 a week plus $27 for each extra day

I'm still showing the same good prices for our dates. It may be that you can't get a great rate because of availability during your dates.
