He's going to be giving a free concert at Epcot while we're there! I am so incredibly excited! I love him and he gives the absolute best concerts. If you will be there June 2-5, I highly suggest you see him; he's really funny. :cheer2:

Did I mention how excited I am?!

The first day of my trip Felix Cavaliere's Rascals will be there, and the next day is Arlo. Needless to say my first two days will be spent at Epcot. :rolleyes1 The hard part will be convincing my (fellow college age) friends to go with me. :chat: But between this, the gardening exhibits, and Star Wars weekends... this will be one very full trip! :cool1:

Great news! We'll be there too. Where do you find about the schedule, times, place, etc? TIA

Enjoy !!! Arlo is one of my favorites, too !!! (even had a dog named Arlo way back in the 70s  ) :smooth:

Arlo's a great guy. He lives in the next town over from us. We see him quite often eating lunch at the local cafe in town. He loves tuna and mustard sandwiches. :)

OMG, they will love it! I first saw Arlo when I was in college (not all THAT long ago, lol). The campus gym (larger than out theater) was just packed and everyone loved it. Good music and a whole lotta laughs. :rotfl2:

We have the Alice's Restaurant album and I have practically memorized every word!

Sorcerer Figment (and any other Rascal fans):

I saw Felix Cavalieri's Rascals last year at the F&G show, but will miss them this year :sad1: . A few weeks after that show, I had the incredible pleasure of hosting them at a concert given in our town (one of the perks of my job is meeting people like Felix). Besides giving a fabulous show, they are the nicest people you could ever want to meet.

Enjoy the show!

Beth - I'm glad to hear that. My hometown is rather small, and never had big concerts. But recently they've started a festival and are bringing in great 50's & 60's bands. Two years ago I had the pleasure of designing lights for The Coasters. And they too put on a great show and were incredibly nice guys. I highly recommend them! :rockband:

It's my favorite part of my job! We've also had Johnny Maestro and the Brooklyn Bridge (3 times!), The Duprees, The Capris, The Drifters, The Platters, Little Anthony and The Imperials, Gary "US" Bonds and some others that I just can't remember right now.

We're having Tommy James and the Shondells this summer, as well as Larry Chance and the Earls. Next summer, we're hoping to get Gary Puckett. I saw him a couple of years ago at the F&G Festival, and I thought he did a great show. I'd also love to see Davy Jones, but I can never make my schedule work out!
