OMG - I can't believe this is close to me...

My husband saw an article about this company listed in a local magazine today! I signed up to try this in mid-January. This is so cool. I work full time, commute about 45 minutes 1-way, am the GS leader for my daughters Junior troop etc...I hate to cook, hate to clean up even more, but am getting sick of Market-Day entrees. And the really cool thing - their location is only 10 miles from where I live.

I did this on Wednesday night...It was awesome. The one meal that we have eaten, my DH and I will actually get 4 meals out of...not bad for a $15 entree.

It actually was a little bit physically harder than I thought it would be, but I'm not used to spending that much time in a kitchen non-stop.

I had my 10 meals assembled in 1 hour 40 minutes. All the women who were assembling meals were very friendly. And the owners were wonderful.

I remember seeing something just like this on the evening news in Boston a while back. Too bad it wasn't closer for me too.

It does however give me new recipes to add to my Once A Month Cooking day.
