OMG! I am really scared! I just read reviews on Travelocity for Sheraton Safari

We stayed there last year and I have booked again for our upcoming trip in June. My son loves it. The pool has a slide and there is a hot tub. A lot of food places right there.

Just got back, stayed 1st - 3rd, paid $65 a night.

We had an awful time checking in. Our room keys did not work... so dh and 3 yr old ds wait in hallway with luggage while I get new room keys. Wait in line again, get new keys, open door to find that someone else is obviously already staying in that room. Fortunately no one was in the room at that time. Haul tired family and luggage back to lobby, stand in line again and get new room, and this time we were so frustrated we hauled luggage strait through the pool area up to our room. There was no bell hop person. We were given 2 vouchers for the breakfast buffet, but before we knew it the hour we had to get ready for our O'hana reservation was gone and we had to rush and leave in wrinkly clothes, so at the time, I didn't feel it was enough compensation.

The nice person at guest services did not have a clue where the Polynesian was, but she spent 10 minutes wasting my time trying to tell me. I was too polite to take the map and run, LOL.

The one time we stopped for drinks at the bar, the service was terribly slow and a beer was $5.

The breakfast buffet was better than most and everything was fresh and hot. We were asked if we needed anything about 15 times, and our glasses were refilled with juice constantly.

The room was big, and the we enjoyed the balcony looking over the pool area which was nice and family oriented I loved the big vanity and having an iron and a blow dryer, 2 things I hate to pack. We had extra pillows in the closet and the beds were comfy. Our only complaint which I think I remember others commenting on was that there was not enough light in the room. I kept reaching for the switch when it was already on.

We also really liked the location, easy to get to Disney from and close to Chevy's and Goody's grocery store.
