OMG all my stuff was stolen a ton of beta and pirate!!

Everyone plz report this i logged on yesterday and i found that all my stuff was gone, my pins, my hats, my 500 ice, all my pirate quest, mansion quest, beta rockets, sea green cactus, every kind of five star magic (except inferno), and more!! I need everyone to report this problem!! Whoever gets the problem fixed and gets my stuff back will win pirate quest! This is worth over $3000 on ebay and i need the staff to know that i was hacked. Once i get it back i will give the rewards to the people that have helped me to get my stuff back and I currently believe it is VMK Pal so watch out.. Thanks for helping and my name on VMK is CrazyKidsRule!!

Sorry to say this, but there's no way to find out who did it all you can do is report it to a staff.

You need to use the 'Contact Us' section on VMK.com to report the details of your problem. Unfortunately there is nothing anyone on DIS can do to help you get your missing items returned.

This really concerns me that you have accused VMK pal...what proof do you have that it was PAL?


I think I would search closer to home for the answer or maybe a bug in VMK before I went making serious accusations like these.

1. Who has access to your computer?

2. Have you played VMK on a friends computer?

3. Can you play VMK at school?

4. Have you shared your login info with anyone?

Please report this to VMK via the contact us button. A trade of this magnitude would be easy to trace. You're talking well over 35 separate trade windows, easily taking hours, with the slowness of the trades recently.
There is nothing anyone else can do for you, sorry.

I really hope that your stuff is missing due to a bug in the system that happened to me last week and all my stuff( only the stuff in my characters pockets) was gone. I have since put all belongings into rooms....well the things I can and not because someone took it. I still feel that it will be someone you know if it is a thief.

Ok, I meant to report this in the other VMK Pal thread... but I have gotten a friend to reverse engineer the Delphi code in VMK Pal and it can not be hacked easily. It also uses (as IE does) the Windows password list to save passwords. It does not save them internally. VMK Pal is not the culprit, but using the "time saving" features in it may be a cause. If you save your passwords, anyone who sits down at your PC can logon as you.

Hold it right there, mister. Did you buy these items on eBay? Are you selling items on eBay? If so, there's your culprit. Not VMKpal. If you have sold/bought items on eBay, most likely VMK has found out and removed all of your items as a punishment. Consider yourself lucky because they usually ban people for those things. Of course, all assuming what I just said would warrant those consequences... if thats not the case then I have no idea.

And remember everyone - I was a skeptic. I still wont use it, but it is not as dangerous as I once believed.
