Cooking Olivia's Potatoes

We just returned from our family trip to Disney World, staying at the Old Key West Resort. While there we ate at Olivia's and all of us fell in love with "Olivia's Potatoes".
Is the recipe for these available?

Olivia's Potatoes are not on the list, but the whole meal plate is listed and says on page 83 .... just can't figure where/how to get to page 83. Recipes thread only goes to page 36.

There are 220 pages in the recipe thread...I think you were looking in the Index... Click here for the post on page 83

Also it helps if you use the exact name of the dish (as found on the menu) to make it easier for other to find what you want. It takes a bit of use to get familiar to how things work, but don't worry because you'll get the hang of it in no time!
