Older boy personalized shirt

My older son will be 12 when we go to Disney. I've found some cute outfits for my 3 year old and now my older son wants a personalized shirt. Anyone with older kids have any ideas? I'd like to make it a surprise.

I ordered my 12 year old son a couple of cool Haunted Mansion ones and a Space Mountain one on Etsy.

I'm with the previous poster - check etsy. Maybe something Star Wars? Or like one of the Mickey heads with the name? I also like the haunted mansion and space mountain ideas. "Theming" to a scarier or more thrilling ride could be cool.

I actually am in the process of ordering from a DIS poster a custom shirt for my 18 month old.

Yah, create a shirt list his favorite characters over the years. My favorite character is Mickey with line through it, and so on .. then buzz, then stitch, the last one would be my favorite is X darth vadar, Spider Man, XYZ
