Old Tickets....who do I call to find out what's left?

I have two tickets that I purchased from Ticketmania two or three years ago. I *think* they each have one 'plus' feature left (which is good for a waterpark visit), but I'm just not sure.

Does anyone know of a number I can call to verify? I'm confident Ticketmania will not be able to confirm days left.

I'm hoping I can call Disney & read them the barcode numbers & they'll let me know if the tickets are still valid or not.

The way I understand it, it can only be done on disney property by being scanned at the gates. I don't think there is any other way.

You would think they'd do this for you. But, nooooo. They'll only do it at WDW, hotels or parks.

Some people ruined it for everyone. You can't find out until you are at WDW.

This is one of those services which Disney can no longer provide because it was too heavily abused.

We had the young woman working at one of the Guest Services locations at DTD scan all of our partially used hopper passes at the same time as we activated our APs. She was very polite and didn't seem to mind doing this for us. I brought some post-it notes, and stuck the info on each of the hoppers for future reference.

Adding a question on to this post - does anyone know if old PHPs can be used towards Leave a Legacy at Epcot? What about the new pluses on MYW? The guy at the LAL place last week was clueless and I didn;t have time to follow up at guest relations.

You can have them checked at any guest relations location and/or front desk lobby concierge at a WDW hotel, but they will not verify them over the phone. They will only give this information to you in person. As Safetymom stated the privledge was abused, people were calling to find out what was left and then selling the tickets...

Here is some advice: Write down the amount of park days left on your ticket. Also, people don't know how to control themselves. Something was made easy but it got abused.

No, you can't use admission media as credit toward anything but other admission media.

I take a magic marker and put the initial of the user, plus a "tick" for each day we use it.
