"old" tickets left..questions..

We are going to WDW in January. DH and I have been to the parks many times and have leftover hopper tickets. Here is what we have:

2 - 3 day hoppers
2 - 1 day hopper

So, each of us has 4 days left. My question is will we be okay to use these in January? I bought them at the Disney Store and can't tell which tickets are mine and which are his as we didn't have to sign them. If I am understanding correctly, they have changed some security on the tickets and are more strict with ID's for them. Since these were bought before these changes will we have a hassle trying to use them in January.

They will make you use whatever biometric scan they are using at the time to then link the ticket to your finger ID. I don't know if they will make you turn them in or if you can just use the ones you have. Once it has a biometric Id connected to it only the person who first used it will be able to continue using it. I have several that will be used over the next year or so and am planning to put some sort of identifying mark on them so we will be able to remember whose is whose.

you will be able to use them. we do it all the time. i have some with water parks on them that we use a couple of each trip and no one asks whos is whos
