Old Ticket Question

If there is a better place to be asking this - please let me know - I am new!

My family and I (8 of us) were in Disney Thanksgiving 2002. We had a package through AAA, Ultimate Park Hopper and all. I have realized over the course of the past months as I researched that we have an extra day left on our tickets. (we did not use them the day we left) Since the trip was hap-hazardly put together (last time I am ever doing that!!!) we did not realize this nor did we keep our ticket card things. Is there any way that we can get a replacement for these tickets? Who is the best person to talk to?

If they were Ultimate park hoppers they were good for the length of your trip only.....

If they were regular park hoppers than the unused days are still good. Unfortunately if you lost the tickets, I don't think there's much that can be done for you.

You state you bought your Ultimate Park Hopper tickets in a package. That makes me think they probably expired 14 days after they were first used. Most packages do that. However, if you are sure you had the type that didn't expire, and you have your original tickets, the remaining day will automatically be there.

Also, while at Disney last October we needed some info regarding what we purchased on our previous trip May of '99 and customer relations were able to look everything up! I don't remember if they used my phone number or what, but they had everything in their computer! It was a beautiful thing!

Lastly, it did sound like you no longer had your actual ticket. If that is the case, I don't think much can be done - even if they have all the info in the computer.
