We have 1 day left on our tickets however our junior ticket holders are now teenagers. Can we still use them for admission?

Disney does not penalize a child for growing up. Take the parkhoppers and the now-junior-age children to a Guest Services location at any park to have the ticket upgraded to an adult pass for no fee.
