Apparently there are test height balloons up today in Epcot, and rumor has it that it's for the Guardians of the Galaxy/Ellen's Energy Adventure refurb.

If they're using the balloons, that makes it sound like it would be more substantial than just redoing the inside. (Per the blog post, balloons are used to see how a building would affect sight lines.)

This is old news. And Disney dining is just quoting the original source wdwmagic. This was probably two weeks ago.
