Old Key West studio question

So, should the other resorts each convert several of their studios to 2 queen beds? Especially BWV and BCV?

Shoot, any studio is more like a hotel room than a one bedroom. If you want to save points and stay in a studio with one bedroom and one sleeper sofa, get some points at BWV. Or book at SSR, which might be a bit more than OKW, but less than the others.

ALL of my points are at the Boardwalk. We stay in a one bedroom because there are 3 of us. Heck, if it was just me and DH I would stay in a studio and prefer a pullout for the second bed, afterall nobody "cooks" in their kitchens on vacation anyways right ;) (I do sometimes but most people say the don't) so if it was just the two of us, I would take a studio and saves points for a fourth vacation each year. I have a thing about people sleeping in my living room so when need be I get a two bedroom ....in a couple weeks that will be OKW.

Except they couldn't fit two queens in those rooms. That's why they did the one queen and the double sleeper sofa.

I think it would be a nice option if all of the resorts had some studios with 2 beds and some with 1 bed and a pull-out.

Dear Deb:

If you really need your king-sized bed,(and I think you must):confused3 then why are you even booking a studio?:goodvibes

I echo the sentiments of those who hope this NEVER happens. It is just one of the many reasons that I love OKW.
In the last year, tried SSR on the sofa bed and couldn't sleep on it.
I actually ended up sleeping on the floor.... which was fine! I can usually sleep anywhere!

Great idea--but probably won't happen, anymore than the OKW idea. (But then the OKW extension procedure never seemed right to me either.) It would be fine with me if every resort had lots of configurations, but then I am not a CM at MS nor am I charged with doing room assignments at a resort!

Only in an emergency and I don't have the points for the one bedroom.:lmao:
