Ooh, interesting news from DH just now!!! He decided to change his conference location (there are several to choose from) and now he's going to LA instead of Toronto. The good thing is that the dates are also different - so now he will not be going until July 9 This means I can stay for longer (shhhhh, I have not exactly told HIM that yet though). Woo hoo

Question about the shows - how are we doing that? Do we purchase tickets when we are there or some time beforehand??

For Love, I'd recommend purchasing them ahead of time to get the better seats.
For others, like Tony and Tina's you can wait until you get here. They might even have them discounted at the Tickets2Nite or Tix4Tonight booths on the Strip.

It is nice. I like being surprised with stuff like that. But on the other hand, I like to plan and be in charge as well. But its good that he wants to do that.

I have a question For activities that we won't be participating in (massage, Stripper 101) - what do we do?? Are there things nearby that we can just go and then meet up? Am I the only one who won't be doing those? Remember, be kind - this is my first Vegas trip!!

Stripper 101 will be a lot of fun. Its silly fun, nothing too crazy. You keep your clothes on. And they serve drinks.

There is always gambling to do and shopping. Plus lots of places have lounge shows and such to keep people entertained. And if nothing else, grab a drink and watch people.

Gamble, baby!! I'll do the massage, but not the 101 thing, and probably not OG. I told my DH last night that he better give me a gambling limit because I tend to not want to stop!!

OG is not for everyone. I will admit to that. But the 101 class is gonna be fun. Think of it more like a work out.

It sounds so fun! And if anyone gets cold feet, they can sit on the benches and watch. I'll be skipping the heels and skimpy clothing though. I found some other pics of the class where they were wearing tanks and sweats that were capri length, so I bought some black ones from Kohls similar to the ones on this page: http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/wom...ch&bmFormID=1238541867716&bmUID=1238541867716

You can see in the pics why we need a large group. So that we make up the whole class! We don't want any skinny Victoria's Secret models in the class with us.
