Can I just say that my husband is an amazing man! He just emailed me to tell me that there is a bottle of Rosa Regale in his car. I had searched numerous stores and the web to see if I could find it here in Vegas with no luck. But apparently he just happened to find one bottle sitting on the shelf at the Smith's store that he stopped at this morning. I had checked another Smith's in the area and they didn't have it, so I just assumed that none of them were carrying it.

So, guess what will be chilling in my fridge & will be getting cracked open as we unwind after Ty's surgery tomorrow?!? Yummy

Hey Vegas girls! The L.A. Times had an article today about Vegas--basically an ad, but it was set up around doing Vegas on $$__ dollars per day. One list was $10 a day, one was $20 a day and so on up to $80 a day. They had some great deals in there--so thought I would copy it and email it to everyone--I think I have most of your email addresses but if not I will PM you for it.

It took me forever to figure out what p/u was. LOL
Sure, if no one else wants it, I'll take it. Most likely I'll end up using it on something for the trip, like maybe get a larger value Ben and Jerry's and share with you if you'd like.

Columbian Cuisine huh? LOL Well, sure. I don't know if I'll use the Columbian one, but I can find out where it's at. Maybe we can use it in June. And I'll use the other to buy something for the trip.

Columbian Cuisine huh? LOL Well, sure. I don't know if I'll use the Columbian one, but I can find out where it's at. Maybe we can use it in June. And I'll use the other to buy something for the trip.

I read the info on the website and it sounds kind of like Mexican food. I think they said that anyone who ordered and paid $2 to have their stuff mailed was getting the Columbian Cuisine certificate.

Wow, sad day here in Vegas on the Strip.
Danny Gans passed away overnight. He's been a headliner in this town for many, many years. Very good, very popular. Ruben and I have seen his show, and he recently took Adam to see it. I was thinking of taking Noelle to see it too.

He was only 52, and just passed away suddenly in his sleep. He leaves behind his wife of 28 years, and 3 kids. I just hate hearing stories like this. Sudden passings like this just make you realize you cannot take a single moment, or second of your life for granted.

Yeah, he was voted entertainer of the year 11 years in a row I think. Very successful, and from what's been reported of him, a good family man as well. I think what gets to me is the suddenness of it all. No warning, it wasn't like he had cancer or something, and he was healthy and young.
His wife was the one who found him.


Ahhhh, anyway. Didn't mean to be a downer on the thread. It's just a shame and I feel for that family.

That is a shame It's never good to hear about stuff like that, especially without any warning. I feel for his wife and kids!
