God, I've been planing this trip in my head for soooooo long before I even knew I was really going to Dlp, that I'm getting more and more excited as I write this pre trip report :banana::banana:

Who
Me, Catia - Crazy about Mulan, The Lion King, Tarzan, and princesses in general princess:
Best friend, Rosana - Became a Disney lover because of me, fantasises about Cpt Jack Sparrow ALL THE TIME!:lovestruc

When
5th - 9th May

Travel
Airpalne to Orly, then VEA bus to Disneyland!!!

Hotel
Santa Fe (hoping that rooms will be ok, cause after reading so many bad reviews to this hotel, I cant help being scared )

Rides
Well, since is our first trip to DLP, we really want to ride everything! :goodvibes
Still, if time does not allow us, big thrills are the priority

Plan:

Day 1 (wed.)- arriving at the hotel around 12h, head staright to Disneyland park, get in as many rides as possible until the park closes. Dinner at (maybe) Anettes. Then take a walk around the village, go back to the hotel, shower a sleeeeeeeeeeep! (I'm actualy afraid that I'll have trouble falling asleep in a strange bed. Does this happened to anyone, or after all the fun and running around the parks you are so tired that any place is good to sleep?)

Day 2 (thur.) - Jump on top of Rosana's bed to wake her up:laughing:
Enjoy EMH, Space Muntain 2, ... I dont know. Ideas please! :)
I also dont know where to grab some lunch. We were thinking about Pizzeria Bella Notte, what do you think?
After lunch, maybe going to WDStudios, do the crazy rides (TOT, Rock and Roller coaster, Crush's Coaster...)
Do you guys think we should spent an whole day at the studios, or go from a park to the other several times? I really dont know...
Dinner at Caffe Mickey, search the stores, than bath, then bed.

Day 3 (fri.) - Again, have a really early breakfast so we can enjoy as many hours in the parks as possible. Dl park. Lunch somewhere, something light. Do a little shopping/take some photos in the busiest hours - by the way, which are the busiest hours? :confused3.

Day 4 (sat.) - wake up really early, catch RER to Paris. Visit the Eiffel Tower, a little cruise around the Seine, luch at Champs Elises Mcdonalds, walk along, and go back to Disneyland, as soons as possible, and try to enjoy the evening in the park, since it only closes at 10pm.
Dinner at La Cantina, pack and bed.

Day 5 (sun.) - Stupid airplane, leaving at 1.35pm. Couldnt find a later flight. :sad1:We'll not enjoy anyting on our last day. Maybe just EMH, since we'll have to leave Disneyland around 11.30am.

So, what do you think? Any piece of advice?
Oh, i just cant wait! I'm so so so so so so so excited!

As far as the Santa Fe goes, I thought it was a nice enough budget type hotel. I would be happy to stay there again. :goodvibes

I love the Santa Fe - this year will be my 5th trip booked to stay there :goodvibes. I also find the beds there to be soooo comfy - we sleep like logs there.

I thought the Santa Fe was a good place to stay - comfortable and relaxing and good value for your money.:)

My flight also left fairly early 2:00pm and I was surprised that I could do so much before I left. I went to EMH at Disneyland Park and did some rides and strolled through Main Street USA again before walking back to the hotel - left me with a nice "Disney" feeling. I made it to the airport just fine with time to spare. Space Mountain did me in but it sounds like from your PTR that you'd love it - and it is one ride open for EMH - hardly any wait!:woohoo:

hey we're going on the same dates :goodvibes
but we're staying in the Sequioa Lodge.

Last year we stayed at the Santa Fe and loved every second of our stay there :thumbsup2. it's basic but clean, warm, friendly and has all that you need for the little amount of time that you're actually in your room! The brekkies are good, and the dinner is nice, i think it was €21.95(can't really remember) for adult buffet without alcohol, and there was a huge variety of food too :)

as for jumping on your friends bed to wake her up you prob wont have far to go as the rooms are either 1 double bed or 2 double beds, i could be wrong but i don't think they do 2 single beds :confused3,

DOH pressed submit before i was finished !

Anyway the rest of your plan looks pretty awesome! You'll have a great time, :-) Might see ye there! add your name to the list on the thread called "when everyone is going to dlp" to see who else is going then too :-)

Oh, I thought all Santa Fe rooms were the same, with two double beds :confused3
cause I'll have to tryy real hard to get her out of bed. I'll have to remind her that we're on Disneyland!:goodvibes

Sounds like you'll both have a great time! :goodvibes

We go just after you (10th May) and I am officially allowed to be excited now - PTR to do soon!

We're going to Disneyland!!! :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

Only 4 more weeks now!

I'm so excited I cant stop jumping around! :yay:
