Olaf Valentine Help Needed

My daughter has been struck by the Frozen bug and wants an Olaf Valentine for school this year. Can someone please help make a Olaf/Frozen Valentine that folds over a small bag that says "My name is Olaf and I like to give warm hugs" From, Parker
