OKW's HH renovation project

I received a letter stating the HH at OKW will be under renovation when we arrive in June. I can't find the letter and do not remember the dates. We enjoy a room near the HH for easy access to everything. Will someone please remind me of the dates, and give thoughts as to whether you think the project will be done early or not? If I recall correctly, the planned finish date was shortly after our arrival.
