Can someone please help with this.We passed our ROFR on 12/24 .just waiting to recieve the final contract which we were told should be around 2/2.What are the chances we will be able to come HOME on 2/24 for 5 nights? We just need alittle mid-winter fun.

If you are flexible with where and what size unit and are able to waitlist, I think you'll have success. That's not a holiday week (other than Ash Wednesday), and I can't imagine that many schools would have break time then.
