OKW - Which buildings to request for a renovated room?

We have a two bedroom villa reserved for October, but would like to be in a renovated building. Also, one that is close to the boat dock for Disney Springs. Any suggestions?

I don’t know this for certain, but I believe the buildings on Old Turtle Pond Road are being (or have been) renovated first - buildings 30-33. We haven’t visited OKW since last July, so perhaps those who have visited recently will have more information.

There probably won't be any buildings close to the Hospitality House that are renovated by October. Villas on Turtle Pond were where they started and where they are continuing to work. The renovations are expected to last through 2019 and possibly into 2020. You just need to add "renovated room, please" to your request on your reservation. You might get lucky. But you could be far from the HH.
