OKW to VGC

Finally decided to take the plunge and buy VGC and sell my OKW as we've found we prefer California to Florida. Been watching prices for a while now. Can't believe I'm actually doing this.

Anyone else swap DVC resorts when they finally realize what's best for them?

I think it's all about the numbers and your available cash. In our case we sold some contracts and kept others as rentals.
