OKW - The wall just came down...

10 minutes ago. The new pool slide will open tonight or tomorrow!!!!!!!

We watch workers take the wall down, and the lifeguards test out the new slide. I will post pictures when we get back on Monday!!

Thanks for the news! We'll be at OKW next Friday (01/21) for DS's 8th BD & he really wanted to use the new slide; can't wait to see the pictures.

Thanks, arrive tommorrow night and even though there will be a chill in the air this weekend and clouds I do not think my birthday boy will be disappointed. We have been going to OKW since my boys were two so this addition at age 11 will really be appreciated. Quite a bit of excitement in our house tonight. Thank you!!! :jumping4:

The new slide is sooooo much bigger than I thought it would be. We're supposed to have thunderstorms here tomorrow, so I hope the weather holds for everyone to be able to use the pool. If we thought it was hard to get a parking place at the HH before, this new slide is going to make it even harder with pool hoppers. My son is hoping for good weather tomorrow so he can use it. We're at Turtle Pond right now.
