My confirmation states "You have a reservation at Disney's Old Key West in a guaranteed hospitality house size unit ..."

Questions:
*Does this mean I am in the main HH building or I can request a specific building in the HH category when I arrive?
*Also, I've been reading the posts and I was under the impression some of the studios had one queen bed and a pull out sofa, am I incorrect?
*Is there such thing as a corner unit studio that would be better than one towards the interior of the building?
*View - share your opinions on views/floors ( I know, everyone has a opinion, I'm seeking advice).
* How can I obtain a list of activities at the resort? Our trip is not until late April but I would like an idea of what they have planned.

I appreciate your assistance!

  • There aren't any units in the Hospitality House. You'll simply be in a building near the HH.
  • None of the OKW studios have a queen bed and convertable sofa. They all have two queens
  • There are corner studios. Are they better? Not really a difference in my mind.
  • Views are pretty much the same from any of the buildings. Request an upper floor if you like higher perspectives on things.
  • Sorry, I don't know the answer to your last question.

But have a great trip! :yay:

At OKW, a studio is a studio is a studio. As OKW Lover said, there are no units in the Housepitality House building it self, only the check-in desk and Papa's Den (a reading room & kids TV area.)

Most studios don't have a great view as they are on the ends of the buildings, the exception being a few U shaped building that have some corner studio units that have a slightly better view.

All OKW studios have 2 queen beds. OKW 1 bedroom units have a king bed, queen sleeper sofa and single (twin size) sleeper chair.

You will receive a list of activites at check-in. They do vary some by season and weather conditions.

Thank you both. I was misinformed but not a problem as my DS(15) was going to be on the pull-out. He would much prefer the bed and I doubt we will be in the room much.
