When is the best time to call MS to make a specific request, i.e a ground floor room or at least no higher than 2nd floor. This would be a medical type request - I have back/knee/shoulder problems that make carrying luggage, groceries, etc. up stairs difficult and painful - DD28 is going on this trip with me (Jersey Week) and she usually helps carry the items, however, she will be about 6 1/2 months pregnant at the time and would rather not have to do this - and I don't want her to. How close to October 31 is the best time to call with our request? After almost 10 years of membership in DVC, this is the first time we have found it advisable to make such a request.
