OKW refill mugs

Does anyone know if OKW charges for refills on the reillable mugs? allearsnet.com says they are the only one

Where can you refill them at?

In the past, there has been a charge for refills. You can get the refills at Goods To Go and (I think) at the Turtle Shack (Turtle Pond neighborhood pool).

Last Dec thery had a deal you could buy the OKW mug but had to pay 1.00 for each refill or a seasonal mug for more money but it was free refills and it had a date on it for the use.

The new mugs that we purchased in mid-August say "Disney Vacation Club" and "2004" on them (not Old Key West) and refills were free.
