I had a lot of trouble checking in online before our recent trip due to having a different e-mail for MDE than the email for DVC. After hours on the phone, MS completed my online check-in.
When we arrived at OKW, no one was staffing online check-in window. Eventually we were sent to concierge. Our MBs/keys didn't open our room twice and each time I returned to front desk, online check-in was unstaffed.
When we stayed at BWV, online check-in was a pleasure, but I doubt I'll bother with it if OKW doesn't support it.
It seemed like half of the front desk was addressing MB problems. Maybe that needs its own window
