I apologize if this has been mentioned before....

But we were at OKW on Saturday to eat at Olviia's, and they had two new items in the store that I didn't see there two weeks prior...

One was a new bag. It's a blue canvas, with brown "leather" trim. It's a backpack style - with the "leather" flap coming over the top embossed with the DVC logo. It's very nice - fully lined inside as if it would be good for the pool or beach. It also has a separate zippered compartment at the base of the bag that might be good for shoes or sandwiches? It was priced at $40.

The 2nd item which I'm "certain" is new was a really nice OKW afghan throw. It had the traditional lighthouse trademark, with clouds and water behind it, but no OKW buildings. It has a darker blue border, with multi-color fringe. It is priced at $65.

Just thought I'd pass it on... They were already on their 2nd order of the throws.. I heard one of the CM's say that the "first" order came in priced at $60 - then the 2nd ones came in and $65 - so hurry and get your's, before they're up to $100!! They're rising faster than DVC points!

This sounds like the backpack that Disney sends to members who buy a 150 point or more contract. Someone had asked in a previous thread whether or not these backpacks were for sale at the DVC resorts, looks like they are.

i'm interested in dvc jackets and i was there the beginning of feb. and they had two jackets. 1. was navy blue with some kind of strap/ velcro wrists, with the dvc logo on the left side of the chest, is which thats the one i wanted priced at $75. kinda look like a boaters jacket. 2. was a med. blue with tan inside with the logo on the left side of the chest, alittle more dresser, $ 75, dh wanted that one. needless to say we couldnt decide so we didnt buy them, now we regret not buying one of them. my question is, since feb. did they come out with any other kind of jacket ? and do you think if i called the # i would be able to order them?
