1) The OKW owners voted to extend the least 15 years at a cost of $25/point for every owner.
2) Actually, Since it's impractical for the whole membership to vote, their proxy - DISNEY - voted for them.
3) If a member sent in their money by a deadline, Disney would pay $10 of the $25.
4) If a member didn't want the extra years, they could send back a post card, wait a few months, get paperwork to fill out, set said paperwork notarized, and send it back to Disney.
