OKW cash thru MS or AP rate?

We have a res. for 4 nights at OKW in Jan. First 2 nights at CBR. I really would rather do the whole trip at OKW. Should I call MS and get the member discount rate or hope there is an AP rate for Jan. Also will they link an AP res. with a points res.???? I am out of points so that is not an option! Thanks!

Get the discounted reservation from MS if it is available. The member discount is very similar to the AP rate.

They cannot link reservations made at CRO with points reservation. Just have it noted on both reservations and tell them when you check in.

When you book through CRO you have to check-out & check back in again with no guarantee of staying in the same room. At minimum you have to take time out of your morning to spend at the front desk.

If you book it through MS it's like having only one ressie. Much more convenient IMO.

Which size room? Usually AP rates are better on studios (if available), 1 bedrooms and larger are better with DVC discount. That's because AP rates are down a flat $ amount off (usually $75-$100 off), where the DVC discount is 25%. I would see if you can get the DVC rate and if a better AP rate comes along, then cancel it.
