OKW Bus Schedules?

At OKW, can you get a schedule of when the buses hit each stop or leave the resort for the parks?

they use to have one - but since thinks like wheelchairs going up and down - have shot it to pieces. I don't think you could trust it.

the last time I stayed at OKW - we got great bus service about a 10 minutes wait.

As Spicey noted, there is no posted schedule at OKW (or any other resort). The intent of WDW Transportation is to have a bus about every 20 minutes for each destination. Sometimes they run a little longer than that and sometimes a little shorter.

Traffic conditions and load times do affect the bus schedule by a few minutes each trip ... and occasionally, there is some glitch in the dispatch system and it may be a longer wait than expected. In general, plan on waiting 20 minutes - that way, you'll be pleasantly surprised when one comes within 10 minutes!

We have learned that (depending on the bus stop) you can kind of judge times easily in the morning by assuming that the buses enter the resort on the hour and every 20 minutes thereafter. We rarely wait more than 5-10 minutes by following that cycle. That assumes you know that the first stop is Peninsular Road, 2nd is South Point, 3rd is Turtle Pond, 4th is Miller's Road, and last is Hospitality House. We followed the every 20 minutes program last trip when we stayed across from Hospitality House, and we had almost no waits for buses.

I see that the buses pick up at hospitality house last and then go on to other destinations. What about when returning to OKW, do they drop off at hospitality first or last? thanks

The buses always follow the same schedule since they pick up and drop off at the same time.

We rode the busses to the parks last week from OKW. We went to two parks each day Monday - Friday. Most busses followed the route mentioned here, but every so often a bus driver turned into the Hospitality House first. We had very little wait for the busses either at OKW or at the parks. This was the first trip in a long time where we used the busses to go to every park. Usually we drive most of the time, but this trip we had more people than seats in the car. The busses worked very well.

The DTD bus is also the Internal Bus. It stops at the Hospitality House on arrival AND departure. So you can hop on the bus at the HH and go back to to your room from Olivia's or the pool. Same thing, you can leave your villa and head over to the HH.

I suspect the times you stopped at HH first were end of the day trips. Sometimes drivers will come in and stop at HH first if it is late in the evening.
