I am looking for a list of what amenities will be in our 2br villa. Trying to figure out what to buy/take and what I can skip. I know I saw a list for AKV but can't find one for OKW. Off the top of my head, I am thinking corkscrew, hairdryer, coffee filter (is it a reusable). I am sure there is more, thiese are just what came to me as I was making my packing list.

:yay::cool1::banana:12 more days!!!!!:banana::cool1::yay:

We just stayed in a 2BR at OKW a couple of weeks ago, I can't think of anything anyone needed but didn't have there.
We did forget to get salt and pepper when we went shopping but that's about it.
I'm sure there was a corkscrew, there were hair dryers in each bathroom, not sure about coffee filters as no one in our family drinks coffee.

Have a great trip.

We bring the 8-12 cup basket type coffee filters, coffee, dryer sheets and laundry soap ( there is enough soap for one load when you check in) I bring my own shampoo because I don't care for the way the one in the room leaves my hair. There should be a corkscrew in the room already buy I have one that stays in the suitcase all the time just in case. There are hair dryers. If we will be there a week I also pack a pop up hamper for the dirty laundry so it doesn't get left in multiple locations. With OkW you have a full size washer and dryer in a separate room which is really nice. The contents of the villas are pretty much the same for all the resorts. If there is something missing from the kitchen you can always call mousekeeping and have them replace it. I believe you can also request a blender if you need one. Hope you enjoy OKW - it is my favorite resort.

We were there last week, our 2BR had a blender already in the cabinet--we never have use for one and don't remember seeing one in the past, but there it was. There's a corkscrew and hairdryer, and two filter packets of coffee. You'll need to provide additional basket filters (and coffee!) for more than that. There were only 2 small packets of dishwasher detergent, you might need more if you eat in frequently. I stocked up on plenty of food but one thing I forgot was any type of oil or butter. Luckily the non-stick pans worked well :).

Just back, all I brought with me was coffee filters, the basket shaped ones, not the cone shaped ones. I pack mine flat in a ziplock so they take up barely any room!

Your villa will have pretty much everything you need including wine opener (corkscrew), coffee filters, hair dryer etc. Enjoy your vacation. :banana::cool1::banana:

Thank you! Love the Dis.

And I'm sure you guys can tell me this is well. How much is the extra towel package and how many towels are included? With 8 of us there and figuring 2 showers per day, I'd like to have some extras.

It's $6, but if you are staying in a 2 bedroom, just throw them in the washer and dryer....lots cheaper, faster and easier.

Note: The corkscrews are basic and almost caveman stuff. If you buy a real bottle of wine that has a real cork, good luck to you.

We always take our winged press-down from home. TOP of the list. Ever since the DW spent an hour pissed off because she couldn't open her bottle of merlot (I couldn't either, BTW.). No. Seriously. She was PISSED. It was all about a $0.50 corkscrew that costs $50k to her. I think she made up words because even I (with my vast colorfully metaphoric vocabulary) didn't understand some of them but I knew what the gist of it was. :lmao:

I drink beer. The bottle opener worked just fine, thank you. (She didn't like it when I made that comment either. No sense of humor!) :rotfl2:
