OKW 1st issue price in 1992? Highest Price? Lowest Price?

I think one of the reasons you don;t see a lot of small contracts is early on at okw you had to buy 230 pts to join. It is not like now where you can buy in for a lot less points

Good question Dizgirl20,
IMO opinion there are 2 reasons. Many members who extended the deed plan on keeping the membership longer or passing the membership from one generation to another. I don't think many members paid the $15 per point to extend the deed with plans to sell right away.

Also many members decided the length of the deed was already long enough and bought more points instead of extending the deed. More points would allow them more time at Disney now.

I was wondering who member #1 was? Is there someone who can say they were the first person to buy? Were there founding members for OKW?

I'm sure we were not the first, but we did purchase during the initial OKW selling phase before it opened.
