Do all one bedrooms have the ability to become a 2 bedroom lock off with a studio next to them?

If I ask for a 2 bedroom lock off - is this what this means?

I am interested in building 43 at OKW - I would like to reserve a GV and a 2 bedroom lock off - on floor 2 of building 43 - is this possible?

I don't know the exact building configuration, but yes, a two bedrom lock-off is a studio and one bedroom that have an interior connecting door. At OKW all studios and one bedrooms form lock-off two bedroom units, there are no dedicated studios or one bedrooms. There are dedicated two bedroms

If you ask for a 2 bedroom lock off at the time of reservation, that is a booking category, so it is guaranteed (unless it goes out of service for maintenance for some reason).

EDIT: OK, I checked the configuration thread. Yes, bldg 43 has 2 GVs and 2 - two bedroom lock-offs on the second floor

You can request a certain building or request the GV and 2 BR in the same building, but you can't actually reserve it. It will be subject to availability at check-in.

Don't make your request so specific. Instead, request a 2 bedroom lock off and GV in the same building. I'm quite sure the most likely scenario is that you will have the 2 bedroom under the GV.

I booked a GV and 2 bedroom at 11 months and still did not get them in the same building, though they were fairly close together (buildings 25 and 27). Consider yourself lucky if you get the same building!

FYI, I just looked at the building configurations, and building 43 only has 2 lock-offs in it besides the GVs, so your chance is pretty slim in that building. Buildings 48 and 49 have the most lock off units and also GVs.

You know, I think Jean's experience is going to be typical. There are very few lock offs in GV buildings. We have stayed in a 2 bedroom lock off under a GV before, and I can tell you it can be noisey with the hardwood floors of the kitchen/dining/living room of the GV right above.
