Okay okay guess who got a continuing the traditions pin today????

Okay gang guess what happened at the pin event.

First and most important our very own Darlene, Mickey7811 was awarded her very own. Continuing the Traditions Pin by our beloved Scoop Sanderson.

While we were waiting in line Scoop was playing guess the flippin pin with the kids then after he was done he announced to the room that one of our very own had gone way above the call of duty, and awarded Darlene The Continuing the traditions pin.

Gang she was so excited she started to shake, I was so happy for her I started to shake. (Hey maybe it was pin envy, hmmm… NAH I was happy).

I have talked to Darlene on the boards before, but got to meet her face-to-face Friday. Let me tell you what, from the moment I met her it was love at first sight, what a nice and wonderful person she is, the minute you meet you her you love her.

I was so glad she got the award no one deserved it more than she did (except me of course hee hee)

So from me to you Darlene, Congratulations on your award.

Congratulations Darlene,
this was great news, thank you RaulEd for sharing it with us. Now who had a camera, I want to see her face.
I am going to have to tell Scoop the next time I see him. Since he is a reporter, shouldn't he have one of those photographers following him to take pictures "As they happen"? I know Clark Kent had Jimmy White, we need to get Scoop a photographer so we can all see the "News As It Happens". Peggie
