Hey Barry, just be *real.* Smile, say "hi," show her what a great guy you are (you are a great guy, right?) then send flowers or goodies. Much better impact. Makes you seem more like a classy prospect and less like a possible stalker.

DD keeps marrying me off, but for a different reason. My parents have been married forever (and DD knows that), my brother is getting married and her father is getting married. Plus all of my friends are married. She just doesn't understand why her mommy isn't getting married. She also doesn't get that mommy doesn't have a boyfriend bit yet. In her current reality she doesn't have any brothers or sisters, but she has imaginary brothers in sisters. In reality (that she currently doesn't know about), she has a half brother (her father's not mine), a future step brother and then her father has a child on the way with his current SO. Just a nice messy reality that I'm slowly trying to introduce her into with a counseler. So right now this mommy has mroe than enough on her hands without worrying about adding a husband to this mix right now!


Barry, I agree with TigerBear the direct approach works much much better than the "stalking" approach.

7 layer bars are yummy along with this brownie carmel chocolate chip bar that I love!

I wish I too had something to share, not much here but its better than staring at a wall...
I took son to Blizzard Beach today, it was just warm enough though the wind started to pick up about 3pm, we then went over to Downtown Disney and was going to head into Disney Quest but I had stubbed my toe on one of the stairs at BB and it was hurting pretty bad. So we just kinda meandered a bit and he played at the Lego store. I sat and watched and really felt out of place, about 90% of the tourists were not American (South America?) and I felt again like I was in another country. BTW they are not very friendly. We finally got back to the car and it rained on our way back home, I was hoping I had pooped him out enough so I could sneak out alone and maybe hit Pleasure Island like maybe the Adventurers Club. But no he is still up and I cannot leave him by himself (well sorta )
Maybe again tomorrow night....

Weather is slightly cool. saturday is supposed to start really cold so it may just be a movie day, we havn't seen LOTR the latest one so its off to the AMC theatre at Downtown Disney around noon to catch the matinee, then maybe hit Disney Quest again.

Gotta keep reminding myself to get him to eat more at the house instead of at the parks but the double cheeseburger was good at BB, it was big enough we shared it.

Ok BD, you are CRAZY! I was wearing a turtleneck today and would never ever ever dream of going swimming in this weather! Then of course I had the heat on this morning. Yes, my blood is no longer the Wisconsin blood that I was born with. Glad that you guys had fun today. The low Sunday is suppose to be 39! Ouch!
