Okay it has been awhile since I called for dining reservations but how do you skip...

the voice prompts? Also, it hung up on me and I had to start over. Very frustrating... I have a twelve minute wait. This is horrible... I got through at 4:04 am or I should say 7:04 am EST....

UGH... this voice prompts thing is HORRIBLE... It got me to the wrong rep. The rep I got was only booking May reservations. Is this RIGHT? Now, I'm on hold for another 30 minutes and it 7:26 am (or 4:26 am my time). I'm not happy right now. I've never had trouble with dining reservations before. UGH.....

They just switched to a new system and it's still in the overlap period. It will get better in time. While that doesn't help you right now, it's just one of those things where you need a bit of patience.

Trust me I'm the most patience person in the world if you knew me in real life. It did work out in the end but I think waiting on hold for 61 minutes is kinda long. I'm wondering if it was really necessary to call at 7 am. It is tough for me since I have to get up 3:45 am in the morning. So, sorry if I sounded a bit grouchy but you would too.

I am always shocked at the wait times people experience, I swear I have never waited more than 6-7 minutes...in fact I called this AM to book a ressie and they said the approx wait time was 14 minutes but I was picked up in 4 minutes. I am so used to the voice prompt questions now that i just answer the prompts well before she is even done asking the question.

I also got hung up on twice and then after 15+ minutes of waiting on the third call, I had to go. I will have to try back later today.
