Been procrastinating whether to go or not go this year and yesterday I booked!! Going with DD25 and her Best friend..staying at Bay Lakes Tower so something new for us!! Looks pretty cool....we leave Sept 22!

Same story for me....I booked in June and we leave in less than 3 weeks.

I was planning to spend my money on a little reno at home.....opted for a trip instead

We don't go till Sep 22..and trust me...I shouldn't be going this year of ALL years--but heck--why not?!?! Besides--I want to see the Food & Wine festival badddddlllyyy!!!

I know exactly what you mean. I shouldn't be spending this amount of money....my oldest is going to college in Sept. However, my brother passed away a few months ago and I just feel like I need to live my life and not worry about about things.....especially money.

I have 2 daughters just out of University and the youngest one (22) is heading off to Parson's School of Design in 10 days for 2 years more so I am rolling pennies already! I think that's why I NEEEED to get a Disney fix!!

STORY of my life!!!
First I was going to Palm Springs.... Then I decided to take ds7 to Disneyland instead (on DVC points) but changed my mind (due to DCA re-furb) and decided to do Palm Springs again.

Changed my mind about Palm Springs because I got a new job. Tried to book a room at WDW on a cancelled DL ressie now changed to reservation points for Feb 2010 and DVC could not book a room for me (availability zero for what we wanted). Then I re-tried to book at DL to salvage my points and airfare credit for Feb and they were not booking past Jan....AGGGGGH!! I am done and am completely fed up with DVC.

I booked at Pop yesterday (room only) and that is what I am doing and Im sticking to it!!! DVC can take a long walk off a short pier
