Okay, I chickened out..

After reading a few reports on the transportation board. I chickened out and called for a town car. This trip, it's just the wife and I. We are going commando (no jokes please) for a quick four day trip. I decided we just don't have the time for ME this trip. The whole family is going in December. If the kinks are worked out, maybe we will try then.

Don't hate me for being a quitter.

Is there really that much difference in the timing? I have always driven (live near Atlanta), so I have never taken a town car, but I cannot imagine its that much more time involved.

Either way - have a great trip!

The Limo driver is in the baggage area with a sign "The Durango Kid Family"

He grabs the bags, and away you go!

My kids get a HUGE kick out of it.

I laughed when I saw your posted I just did the same thing earlier today. I decided that for us the a relaxing start to our trip is well worth it. So I might decide to change our Dec trip to ME, but our Aug quick trip will be with a town car.

That's my concern too. We're arriving at 7:30pm with a 1 yr old and 5 yr old. There is no way any of us will be waiting up until midnight for our luggage. Maybe for our October trip we'll try.

Us, too! We have decided to go with Tiffany Town Car for our June trip. If ya'll read the name of this trip below, you will see that it is all about NO STRESS as we've had enough in the last 6 months. I don't want to worry if ME will get me to OKW in a reasonable amount of time or if ME will have my luggage delivered within a reasonable time. I am sure Disney will get the kinks worked out, just not how sure it will happen in the next 20 days. We are going back at Christmas, so I think we are more apt to try ME then.

I reserved my car last week. It would drive me crazy if i started off my long-awaited trip on the bad foot.

I am clucking right next to you! We leave Fridau for a quick weekend trip (home MOnday) and do not want to waste the extra time or be ready to leave 3 hours before our flight home.

Maybe next time we will take the ME to the resort, but I think we will stick to TC back to the airport.
