Okay Guys, I need to pick PS's and Need Your HELP!

Today is the day that I can call to reserve PS's. I'm going to be there from March 7 - 14 (Wednesday - Wednesday), except for the weekend. We'll be going to San Diego from Friday afternoon - Sunday evening so I need to choose some PS's for the days we'll be at Disneyland/California Adventure.

I'm travelling with my 3 daughters, aged 7, 12 and 14. Definitly think we'll want to go to Blue Bayou one afternoon. (I'm thinking Thursday around 2:00 because the park doesn't open until 10:00 that day) but beyond that I don't even know what we should try. Not really into the breakfast PS's.

Please help make suggestions for "must do" PS's! Thanks!

The Storytellers' Buffet is wonderful for breakfast or dinner.
Goofy's Kitchen is a lot of fun for kids of all ages.
I don't like Blue Bayou since they changed the menu.

Can you book all the PSs for your entire stay from 60 days prior to your first day, or do you need to call 60 days before day 1 & 2 & 3 & 4. (Does that make any sense?

You said that you trip starts on March 7 - can you book all of your PS for March 7-14 today, or do you need to call tomorrow to book them for March 8th and on Saturday to book them for March 9 etc??

I am pretty sure it is 60 days in advance for the date...in other words I don't think the restaurant is going to care that you have a 5 day trip, they would probably make you wait until it is exactly 60 days.
