Ok we are planning a huge graduation party next year in disney world. How do I do it?

The major problem we have is that we have over 150 people going to this party. We want to head to disney world in groups later but thats not the problem. the problem is that we have no idea where to have the actual party. if we rent out ball room(or whatever you call it), do they check on us or do we have privacy? If we can't do that there then where do we head to?(can be anywhere that will fit 150, would like top quality). Also, we need to book a hotel that can accommodate that many people. Disney(we will spend 2 days there, Fl residents) isn't exactly the priority here because of the amount of people we have to keep track of. But we do want a good party. Price max for this is about $400 per person and $60,000 in total

Best bet would be to contact Disney event planning. 321-939-7128. Explain to them what you are looking for. If they aren't the correct people to talk to they will connect to someone who is.

150 people can easily fit into any of the WDW hotels.

the ones with conference/meeting rooms - are CR/blt, GF, BC&YC -- BW (that might be your best and cheapest) or CSR

plus many offsites places can probably help you

Hi Coronado Springs is beautiful...and largest convention hotel in the entire area...so they have lots of confererence rooms that can hold any number of folks...and in addition...

The casita rooms are really neat...and they have almost 2000 rooms in pods, so could put you all in pod by a pool...


One option for food is the huge Pepper Market food court that has all kinds of stations where food is freshly cooked to any taste or preference...

Everything in one place, so no worries about driving and drinking...

Beautiful setting with Lake, totally away from all the hustle of the parks.

A second option might be a resort like Mystic Dunes...huge club house that could feed 150. Golf course, and really neat 2 bedroom condos that I am sure you could get a good rate on. They do a lot of weddings so good to get a ressie in early if interested. www.mystic-dunes-resort.com
