OK typical on hold times for Dining?

I started calling at 6:58. Got the we're closed message 4 times then Thanks for calling. I'm now on song 6.

How long is typical?

OK I got in during Zippadeedooda - 18 minutes on hold. Got everything I wanted at the times I wanted

I've never called until they were open and then usually wait for an hour or so to let the rush of calls die down. Then, I get right through after answering the demographics questions (first trip, staying in WDW property etc).

I got right through at 7 and was done by 715. the girl said there were 172 in que at that time and I was lucky. Guess I will get a lottery ticket tonight...lol

I got in at 6:58 as well and by the time we were done there were 170+ behind me. So sorry. I bypassed all the marketing questions today and just hit #1 twice......and it worked.

I got the ressies I wanted at the times I wanted as well.....so it was great.
