ok to buy passes at the entrance?

I'll be at DL in a few days and haven't gotten my pass yet. Is it ok for me to wait til I get to the front entrance (Sunday am) to buy my 3 day pass ? I have some Disney reward dollars to spend toward it. I'll still get to enter one morning early for MM, won't I?

You need to buy your pass ahead of time to get the MM. You can buy it online from Disney and just take your printout to the turnstile or they can scan it on your smartphone.

You can get a MM buying onsite IF you opt to buy the Southern California CityPass, which include admission to SeaWorld and LEGOLAND.

What if you buy your passes morning of , but staying onsite ?
Still should get the MM , EE every day correct ?
When staying onsite , you automatically get MM/EE for whatever park is offering it, every morning irregardless of ticket , correct ?

Yes. The only thing that would require a trip to the Ticket Booths would be a CityPass, since it is a multi-park ticket.

So, if I had a 2 day child ticket, could I upgrade it to a 3 day park hopper once we check into the Disneyland Hotel and avoid those looooong lines out in front?

I am not 100% sure, but I think they might. Doesn't hurt to ask at check in, and if they say no, you do have the ticket booth option.
