OK tell me what to do about my AP, MDE, magic bands, accounts etc.. experts arise!

I've waited long enough to let others blaze the trail... my usual M.O.

Here's the facts:

I am a DVC member, I have the same sign in on DVC member as my regular Disney account.

I have an RFID AP from my last trip this August.

I have a current ressie at BWV on points for march 2014.

I have a current cash ressie with Disney for AoA a few days prior to going to BWV.

There's five of us, and they are all included in the above facts.

What do I do about getting on to MDE?
What do I do about getting magic bands?
I want to book some FP+ when I'm able to.
