Ok so it is not a broken toe like I thought.....

I should have listened to myself....lol! No I kept saying they can't do anything for a broken toe so almost 2 weeks later I can't stand the pain and call the dr. Well here it is 3 days later and I am sulking because they wrapped it twice with ace's and gauze stuff and told me to stay off of it until the ortho. surgeon can look at it next Tuesday AM and decide whether to cast it or not. Seems I broke and fractured 2 bones in my foot and 2 in my toe. Sigh, they told me if I walked anymore on it I run the risk of displacing the bones and then I will need surgery to repair it. They told me it would take at least 6 weeks to heal. Have not told DH that yet because we leave in 5!!!!! What a klutz I am.....all because I was not paying attention when I got in the car.....can you say pity party?

I can say OUCH! Good luck at the ortho. Maybe you're a fast healer and will be 100% better before your trip.
