Is the basic gist that I put in my dates give you my credit card and you take an additional 10% off my total bill (all discounts included) less a $15 fee?

Also what if we already have a reservation?

That is correct. In cases where the 10% can be applied to the final payment, we'll do that. Otherwise, you'll receive a check about 3 to 5 weeks after completion of travel for the amount of the commission. If you have an existing reservation, we may be able to help. Email disavers@wdwinfo.com with specifics about your reservation and we'll see if it can be covered under the new program.
