just called ms to book our dining plan and tickets...only wanted the dining plan for 8 nights not 9 and ms said I could not do that...only if I was staying at 2 separate villas could I not get dining for every night. So this is what they mean by segmenting...Sorry new here but learning quickly thanks to all of you and the info that you provide.

Correct, that would have been segementing. It caused A LOT of problems and Disney has gotten rid of it. It upset a lot of people, but it seemed there were more people having problems with it than people who didn't have issues.
