Funny story: One year (2002, 2003, or 2005 - not sure which) when Mrs. Homie and I went, the Cubs were in post-season contention. We always go in October. Mrs. Homie and I laughed about it, because when we first made the reservations, the idea of the Cubs being in the post-season was so laughable as to not figure into our plans in any meaningful way. Fast forward a few months, and we're trying to pack while I'm watching the Cubs in a post-season game! We agreed that if they made it further into the post-season, we would have to go to ESPN Zone to watch the game. This Cubs fan here isn't going to miss a Cubs post-season game for love or money, or Disney.

As it turned out, woefully, the Cubs got eliminated and it was a non-issue.
